Absolutely loved the spacious apartment for our family! Having a handy little kitchen and laundry made everything easy. Just wish the access cards weren’t charged for misplaced ones. 😊

The family apartments are surprisingly spacious, giving you room to stretch out, and the handy little kitchen makes it easy to whip up meals. Plus, the location is super convenient with a supermarket right across the street, which is a real lifesaver.
The room sizes can be misleading compared to the photos. they felt smaller than expected. The air conditioning isn't quite up to snuff, and cranking it up just to stay comfortable can make the room feel like a freezer. Not to mention, the hotel charges you 1000 Yen for misplaced access cards, which seems a bit excessive. if you’re vegetarian, you might find it a challenge to find decent dining options. they only provided a meager list with just a couple of places that met your needs. while there are some great elements, these annoyances take the shine off quite a bit.

The Deluxe One-Bedroom Loft Bed Apartment was super spacious for our family of five and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed the bath and having room to play. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mac, who went out of his way to assist us. Plus, the location was perfect—easy walk to the subway and a supermarket right across the street. The rooftop view was a nice bonus too!
